I just came back from our road trip and I’m still in vacation mode. Very VERY bad habit of mine. Even after coming home, going back to work can be a bit of a drag. Before I left, I was like an eBay robot. Sort through new inventory, divide them into days to list, cleaning what needs to be laundered, take photos, list, arrange inventory room, package items to be shipped, thrift, and this cycles back again 4-5x a week. Now all I’m doing is thinking what I SHOULD be doing. So after a little bit of tidying up of our home I took a few pictures of items I want to list. I usually start out slow and eventually I’ll go back to my little work groove. I will post a few pictures from our road trip but here are literally only a few items I have to share this week.
I try to keep a few XL-XXL sizes for both men/women in my store. As months pass by, I notice a small but significant percentage of my sales are from XXL+ clothing. Because of that I try to look for large sizes in clothing in versatile styles.
Dooney Make Up Bag
Laid in the very bottom of a table at the pound store was this bag. It was dirty outside but the inside was clean enough. This is a make up bag/clutch I have on auction priced to sell. I usually stick to clean items but if it is a desirable brand I will still get it if it has some damages or stains.
Faux Fur Collar Coat
I love this coat but it’s too fancy for me to keep. It fits me perfectly and my husband thought I look nice in it. I love vintage style coats like this but I learn that I feel good in clothing that flatters my shape. This didn’t really taper at the waist so it looked a bit shapeless. This also felt like it was too nice for me to keep. I feel more of myself in more modern coats. Should I keep it just in case we happen to eat somewhere nice? No because my closet already has nice long cardigans I can easily move in no matter what I’m wearing underneath.
