This will be the last of this series for this year. It’s just time for me to blog about something else and besides I’ve grown a little bored with it. Perhaps next year I might add a volume 2. I’m not sure what I will replace it with but I do have an idea. It’s just matter of deciding what is right for my blog (trying not to blog off tangent here).
If you just stumbled on this section then let me give you a quick run down on what it’s about. 20 weeks of thrifted treasures consist of my finds for my eBay store (just a tip of the iceberg though). I also add information why I purchased them. I’ll be honest with you, at least half of what I have as of now is probably still sitting in my store. I found the majority of them from thrifts stores, or on clearance. I literally purchased them pennies on the dollar to sell for $20 or more. With that in mind let’s move on to this final week of Thrifted Treasures.
I always read that ugly Christmas sweaters sell so why not gamble a buck on one right? Purchased at the Goodwill pound store. The graphics on this is so classic (Santa on Sleigh) I’m sure I will sell this during the holiday season.
Snoopy Christmas Ornaments
Sitting on the thrift store table was a box of ornaments. The cashier didn’t know how to price them so she gave me a whole box for $2.00. This is a few of what was inside. Most of the ornaments were Hallmark, and Disney. I lot them in terms of brand, and theme and was able to sell 3 for $21 already. This set hasn’t been sold yet but I’m sure a Peanuts fan will probably buy them when the time is right.
Sanrio Badtz Maru Bag
This was one of the items purchased during my road trip a few weeks ago. It literally still had the tags on and no damage. I notice some CA thrift stores are pricier than home. This was only priced for $4.00 which is a bargain. I even received a 10% off for using my student ID.
Another purchase from my road trip. Priced around $5.00 how could I leave this? I searched on my phone for the ending price on this brand and they typically sell for $30.00+. Too sexy for me but I’m sure some Fashionista will snap this up by September.
Juicy Couture Shirt
Juicy couture is generally a decent sell, depending on the style. At a normal thrift store I would have passed for $4.00 or more. Yet since I found it at the pound store, I was happy to pay literally less than a $1.00.
That’s it! Thank you for visiting! Have a great week.
